Our experience is the manufacture of precision high tech mouldings goes back more than 90 years and includes considerable experience in power tools, widgets, packaging, drainage products and complex exterior and interior automotive parts.

Despite this diverse portfolio, the common theme linking parts from so many different markets and segments is that they are both technically and performance challenging and this goal plays to the skills and expertise within our development and technical teams. Many of the products above feature within their design or function unique features which differentiate them from the competition.

WHS Plastics, founded in 1933, is a wholly owned business of the Smith family.

Clint Smith a third generation family member has been the chairman of the company since 1994 and his son Brad has been involved within the business for over 18 years. WHS Plastics completed the purchase of Xandor Plastics during 2023 to form a £200m group with headquarters in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. The group now employees more than 1700 skilled and experienced staff over 7 different hi-tech manufacturing sites located within the West Midlands, Yorkshire, Liverpool, Glasgow and Swansea together with a modern facility near Cairo, Egypt.
