Sales Administrator – Full Time Position

The Role

The Sales Administrator will form part of the Sales Team and will be fundamental in supporting growth over the coming years

The Person

The person will be a key part of the Sales Team providing all of the necessary administration support to the Sales Account Manager and the broader team. Essential to the role are good I.T and communication skills as the person will be responsible for updating departmental documents and interfacing with other departments. Good time management, good telephone skills and personal drive are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration
    • New Business Sheet update & maintenance
    • Raise internal orders i.e. MARs
    • Sales Account Manager support
    • Customer Portal Maintenance
    • Keep Internal documents up to date and manage
    • Business reports


  • Price Management
    • Set pricing up on SAGE
    • Amend Pricing based on purchase order update
    • Productivity management
    • Price Query support


  • Sales Processes
    • Departmental KPI / Dashboard Maintenance
    • IATF Sales Process adherence

General Responsibilities and Duties

  • Adhere to company Sales processes
  • Meeting Health and Safety standards supporting others to do the same.
  • Any other reasonable duties required

Desired Skills and Experiences

The person will ideally already have experience in this type of role and have a desire to progress within the sales department, be self-motivated, conscientious, and have excellent maths & written skills. Be able to work on their own and as part of a team, be presentable & professional, be able to manage different priorities & and have excellent computer skills particularly with using Excel and PowerPoint & hold a full driving licence
