Our focus on guaranteeing the quality of the parts we produce led to the introduction of greater automation and robotics to our moulding machines, performing simple pick and place to much more sophisticated operations.

This investment gives us the ability to load inserts into the moulding tool and perform secondary operations at the press side. We have also introduced vision test equipment. These sophisticated computer-aided camera systems – designed and built in-house – provide completely automated part validation.

The systems mean we can remove all risks and guarantee zero rejects even for high volume and high complexity products, while delivering quicker and more consistent cycle times.
