Large machine shop goes fully operational

The new factory is now fully operational with five of the large machines out of six, running five days per week.  The working environment is second to none and everyone is helping out with keeping factory two a show piece for our customers and visitors.  The six axis robots on the first three machines are being utilised more and more to perform secondary operations, such as de-gating, sprue separation and hole punching.  Greg has been a great help having the foresight and ability to make the robots “dance”.

Further improvements are being actively pursued to improve quality and productivity, both at a factory level and individual parts.  We feel the investment that has been made in factory two has greatly improved the quality and process repeatability therefore, keeping our customers happy.
