Looking ahead at WHS

Another year has flown by at WHS, with the spirit of Christmas and New Year fresh in the air, we asked several departments for what they think will happen in 2015 at WHS.

Manufacturing will see the development of the manufacturing team as well as to be part of, the managing of our projected growth along with creating an environment that our staff enjoy being part of and feel motivated within on a day to day basis, promoting the ethos that people are our business. Post moulding hope to see a new layout introduced to allow work in progress to be stored within the assembly area and also the creation of the reception for post moulding, with sales and performance areas now in place for external and internal visitors.  WHS expect to see more orders to carry in 2015 from Leoni and 2015 will see Diversey concentrating on being more efficient in their existing work.

The objective for 2015 from a sales department point of view will be to focus on the great opportunities that are available with our existing customers and maintain their business with WHS. There are many new programs in the offering this year from new and existing customers controlling the growth at WHS. These opportunities should allow us to fully utilise our goals with improved margins as well as new tooling orders. We also expect our younger team members to develop and take on more tasks within the department.

2015 will see the tool room continue 100% tool delivery and reduced lead times on moulding tools for customers. Sales growth will continue and increase with a long term customer strategy in place as well as improving profitability.  Training for tool staff is a goal for 2015 such as understanding new technologies for making tools.

We hope 2015 will be as exciting as 2014.
