Macmillan coffee morning

WHS took part in the ‘World’s biggest coffee morning’ last Thursday and Friday with the staff from different departments donating cakes for employees to enjoy.

The Macmillian coffee morning is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event.  The Macmillan charity asks people across the UK to hold a coffee morning, where donations on the day are made to Macmillan. In 2012, 115,000 people signed up, raising a record £15 million.

WHS raised a total of £542.  A big thank you to everyone who made cakes and participated in the coffee morning.
