Six sigma Yellow belt completion

A big congratulations to all participants who successfully passed their yellow belt training this month. In total, the first wave of Yellow Belt Six Sigma was completed by 45 people towards the end of last year and helped launch of the continuous improvement / Lean six sigma program currently on-going at WHS.  Currently there are a further 20 people going through the second wave of yellow belt training which in turn kick-starts our 2017 plans .  There will be further opportunities later on in the year for more people to participate in the course. Currently at WHS our employees are taking part in  six sigma training ranging from white belt to black belt with a 90% pass rate overall for all four sections.  As part of WHS’s business plan for continuous improvements across all of our three sites in Minworth, six sigma is a perfect  tool for the employees at WHS to embrace the change and improvements happening over 2017.
